Organic Regenerative Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Maremma, Tuscany
Set on ten hectares of unspoilt Maremman countryside at 300m, A Macchia d'Olio farm was born in October 2014 with a double mission: to nurture and preserve the existing olive trees, and to further enrich the remaining land for mixed use and conservation purposes. Since the beginning, we have sought to restore both the health of the soil and to increase surrounding biodiversity. Our first oil was bottled in October 2015, we then achieved certified Organic status in 2018.
